How do I list my home as a Certified Pre-Owned Home?

In order to participate in our exclusive Certified Pre-Owned Home Program, the home must complete the following:

  1. 1 Year Home Warranty (paid for by us at successful close of escrow)
  2. Have a complete Home Inspection performed by a qualified home inspector and all items fixed prior to close of escrow with report on file.
  3. Complete a Termite Inspection and have any issues remedied with report on file.
  4. Have a insurance claims history or C.L.U.E. report pulled and on file. (Must provide once under contract anyway)
  5. Complete the SPDS / Sellers Property Disclosure Statement and have on file. (Must provide once under contract anyway)
