My name is HavasuLew and I’m your personal Lake Havasu real estate consultant.
Born and raised in Southern California, I first came to Lake Havasu in the summer of ’88. I was a teenager then, but something about the place stuck. I knew one day I’d call it home.
After years of being a regular summer visitor, I made the move in late ’99 — and I haven’t looked back. What started as a getaway turned into the lifestyle I always wanted: sunshine, open water, clean air, and a tight-knit, no-BS kind of community.
These days, I’m lucky enough to raise my family here. The kids get to grow up in a safe, friendly town with top schools and real values. And me? I get to help other people find their own version of the dream I chased down back in the day.
In 2005, after countless friends from California kept asking me about Havasu real estate, I got my license. I didn’t plan to make a career out of it — I just wanted to help people get solid answers and make smart moves. Turns out, I was good at it.
Over the years, I’ve built a reputation on straight talk, no-pressure guidance, and results. If I won the lottery tomorrow, I’d still be doing this. It’s not just about real estate. It’s about helping people find the life they want — and showing them why Lake Havasu might be the place to build it.
