Devrea has called Lake Havasu home for the past eight years. She’s fully at home with the pace of the town — boating, off-roading, hiking, biking, trying new restaurants, and showing up for local events.
She enjoys the lifestyle here and understands why so many people want to be part of it. Her path into real estate came after several years working as a nail technician, where she built long-standing client relationships and learned how much attention to detail and communication matter. During that time, she also went back to college as an adult while raising two sons, finishing her degree through consistency and hard work.
Those experiences show up in her approach to real estate: steady, patient, organized, and client-focused. She likes helping people find their own piece of Havasu, help get them get situated and making the logistics of buying less stressful along the way.
When she’s not working with clients, she’s with family or out around town — on the water when the weather’s right or in the desert when it’s not. She understands the appeal of Lake Havasu because she lives it herself.
