Lake Havasu to Host the 2021 AWSA PWC Championship at The Nautical Inn Resort

Elsewhere around the country, kids heading back to school means summer is coming to a close. Not here in Lake Havasu. Fortunately, our weather stays nice and warm well into the fall months... In fact, many consider October to be the best boating! That allows us to enjoy fun lake activities like the AWSA PWC Championship.
- What: AWSA PWC Championship
- Where: Nautical Beachfront Resort (1000 McCulloch Blvd) - Maps & Directions
- When: September 18th & 19th

The last race of the season in the AWSA's West Coast series takes place right here on Lake Havasu. Jet Jam hosts an adrenaline-filled closed course moto-racing event for both professionals and amateurs alike. Men. Women, Juniors. Seniors. Expert. Novice. 2-stroke. 4-stroke. Mods. Lites. Vintage. Sport. Everyone is welcome to give it a go against others in this friendly competition. Professionals compete for titles and bragging rights. Meanwhile, amateurs get a chance to improve their skills and learn more about the sport while competing against others in their same class. All in all, this is great fun for everyone.

Not one for racing? These competitors love encouragement from "the stands". In fact, for some, it helps them race even harder. So, make plans for the weekend to watch (and cheer) from the shoreline at the Nautical Beachfront Resort. Arrive early to scout out the best viewing vantage points along the shoreline. Just make sure you bring towels, blankets, and/or your favorite beach chair for comfort. Wear lots of sunscreen, a hat, and glasses to protect yourself from UV rays. And always stay hydrated.

Pre-registration ends at midnight on September 13th. After that, it will cost you $25 more. So, if you want to participate, make sure you visit Jet Jam's website here: www.jetjam.racing. Keep in mind, though. You need to have a current AWSA membership in order to participate. You can obtain one by visiting www.awsa.racing/joinus right now. Good luck!
