While the rest of the country shivers in freezing temperatures, we bathe in the warmth of the desert sun. The Bunker Bar is definitely made for those who like to travel off the beaten path. Every weekend starting October 1st until the middle of April, guests enjoy live music on-stage. Michelle Louise and Roadwork kick off the opening weekend live music festivities.

Nikos Grill provides the most delicious food selection all day. They offer so much more than the typical burgers and fries you might expect at a remote desert location. Their tri-tip and Philly cheesesteak sandwiches make everyone's mouths water. Really, there is no wrong choice on their menu. And there will be plenty of libations (alcohol for the 21+ crowd and non-alcoholic for all ages, including a yummy root beer float).

The bar opens for business every Friday through Sunday, with the exception of Christmas Day (a Saturday this year), Easter Sunday, and Superbowl Sunday (February 13th). They know everyone is excited about visiting this military-themed bar in the desert. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed out here. Large crowds, loud noises, and warm temperatures agitate even the tamest of pets. So, please. Keep them at home.
