Havasu Havik Grand Prix is Back in Lake Havasu for Round 2 of the 2022 AZOP Race Series
Wintertime blues? Never here in Lake Havasu. Sunny skies keep our spirits up year-round. They also encourage everyone to get outside, even throughout the depths of winter. This month, we kick off the new year with fishing tournaments, Buses by the Bridge, and the Havasu Balloon Festival. Next month, off-roading races hit high gear with Havasu Havik 2022.

Racers compete in several different categories throughout the weekend. These include UTVs, quads, trikes, mini bikes, and big bikes. Even the pee-wees get in on the action. Beginner, advanced, pro. No matter what your skill level, you are welcome to race.
If you are interested in racing for prizes and glory, visit the AZ Offroad Promotions website to register:
You do not have to be a racer to participate in the festivities. Make a reservation at Crazy Horse and set up camp for the weekend. Then, you never miss a chance to watch the action live. Just make sure you follow a few simple rules. No racing in the camping or pit area. Kids are welcome to ride their bicycles around the campgrounds but must stay away from the race course with them. And no one can go onto the race track except the racers setting up for their next race. Spectators must stay at least 25 feet back from the race course at all times. Everyone must wear a helmet while riding their motorized vehicle. Pets are welcome as long as they are leashed.
Another way to participate without actually racing is by just coming down to the race track on either one (or both) of the race days. It costs just $10 per adult or $5 per child (ages 6 to 12) per day. Kids aged five and under get in free all weekend long. Come for the fun. Stay for the excitement.
