Havasu Vintage Trailer Campout is Back at Windsor Beach for 2022
More than 300 days of sunshine per year in Lake Havasu City means lots of great weather for camping. Some people enjoy the mega-"glamping" that motorhome manufacturers like Country Coach, Entegra, and Prevost provide. But, just like the tiny-house revolution, vintage campers emerged as a popular trend a few years ago. Even Airstream brought back its Silver Bullet models featuring the same old design of yesteryear but with today's amenities. If that sounds more like your style, you might want to participate in the Havasu Vintage Trailer Campout 2022.

Yes, vintage trailers are perfect for low-key camping. Instead of setting up a tent, sleeping on the ground, and cooking over an open fire (not that there is anything wrong with that), you simply set down your trailer at your final destination and you are good to go. Packing up to leave gets easier, too.
The Havasu Vintage Trailer Campout is more like an elaborate tailgate party, though. Vintage trailer owners as well as admirers are both welcome to attend. Owners get to show off what they've done to their trailers while spectators cruise around for ideas of their own. Plus, there will be a swap meet on-site, too.
Dogs are welcome to attend the campout. But they must remain on a leash at all times. Also, keep them off the white sandy beaches. Please pick up after them as well.
Parking costs just $5 per vehicle. Spectators may enter through the main gate at the park (off Industrial and London Bridge Rd). If you would like to show off your trailer, contact Cherri and Mike Allen at (360) 708-7495 or send them an email at jra@cnw.com
