Buying a home is a huge decision and you want to make sure you do it right! With homes in Lake Havasu selling pretty quickly, how to you buy a home when all the ones you like keep selling before you can see them?

I know, it sounds risky right? In reality, there is no risk at all. We are simply taking advantage of the Inspection Period that is in the AZ Purchase Contract already. The Inspection Period is the time frame (usually 10-15 days from contract execution) in which we have to do all of our due-diligence. This would include things like a home and termite inspection, pool inspection, review of the seller's property disclosures etc, and would also include the buyer seeing the home in person!

So we are not doing anything "sneaky" or unethical, we are just following the contract as it is written. If, after seeing the home in person, and you hate it... we simply walk away. No money exchanged, no jumping through hoops and no risk at all. 

If you know that you will be able to see the home in person before the inspection period is up, we can make a offer on a property sight-unseen.
