2016 Aquamoto Global Grand Prix in Lake Havasu City
The sun overhead means that the water below is starting to warm up. The action on top of the water is even hotter. Last weekend was the PWC Freestyle USA Championship. The weekend before that was the Jettribe Watercross Open.
The personal watercraft competitions continue with the Lake Havasu Global Aquamoto Grand Prix 2016 this Saturday.

Lake Havasu Global Aquamoto Grand Prix 2016
The weatherman predicts partly cloudy weather this Saturday, with temps in the low 80's. That's perfect weather to watch the Lake Havasu Global Aquamoto Grand Prix 2016 at Rotary Park. Come watch the "best of the best" pros and novices from around the world compete. Every class from Vintage to Sport to 800 will race through a timed obstacle course as well as rail-to-rail freestyle.
Practice runs from 8am to noon. The head-to-head competition starts up at 1pm, with all racing expected to be completed by 3pm.

You don't have to be racing on the water to enjoy the Lake Havasu Global Aquamoto Grand Prix 2016. Grab your friends for a game of cornhole. Visit the vendors to update your safety gear.
Come see the PWCs, side-by-sides, dirt bikes and other big boy toys on display.
Visit the beer tent when you get thirsty (must be 21 or older with a valid photo ID to purchase and/or consume alcohol).
Just in case the weather gets to be a bit much, Aquamoto will have a few umbrellas and sprinklers set up to cool you off.
The Lake Havasu Global Aquamoto Grand Prix 2016 is a family-friendly affair. This is also a BYOC event (Bring Your Own Chair). Lawn chairs and blankets are welcome. However, once the action starts, no one will be sitting down. Please leave your pets at home, though. Crowds can spook even the tamest of animals. Enjoy!
