The 30th Annual Lake Havasu Boat Show Returns for 2021 to a New Venue
Lake Havasu City is not called "the oasis in the desert" for nothing. Our namesake provides endless hours of entertainment. If you live here, you either need to own a watercraft or know somebody who owns one. (Trust me. It is much better to have your own.) If you are in the market for a boat or PWC, you are in luck. This weekend, the Lake Havasu Marine Association hosts its annual Lake Havasu Boat Show at SARA Park. And this is one show you are not going to want to miss!
- What: 2021 Lake Havasu Boat Show
- Where: Sara Park, Havasu 95 Speedway (7260 Dub Campbell Pkwy - Maps & Directions)
- When: 12 pm to 6 pm on Friday, April 9th, 9 am to 6 pm on Saturday, April 10th, 9 am to 3 pm on Sunday, April 11th
- Admission: $8.00 per adult, kids 6 & under are free, parking is also free (cash only at the gate)
With over 150 exhibitors showcasing their finest goods, the 2021 Lake Havasu Boat Show is the largest show of its kind in the entire Southwest. You will find all of the best vendors at the show. Everybody from Avalon to Yamaha wants to show you the latest and greatest in pontoons, party barges, custom power boats, wakeboards, fishing boats, and more. Many vendors even let you take them out for a test drive on the lake before you make a decision.
It is also a great time to update your safety equipment. Last year's life jackets might not fit this year's bodies. And Lake Havasu law requires that you include an appropriately-sized life jacket for each person onboard your vessel. Plus, you want to make sure your watercraft is outfitted with all the latest in safety equipment to ensure your loved ones are protected while enjoying a day of water-filled fun.
On Saturday, April 10th, everyone is invited to enter the Cornhole Championships. Singles and doubles compete against each other for cash prizes. Organizers provide bags for you. Or you may bring your own bags from home. If you register before Saturday, your entry fee to the championship also covers your entry into the boat show. Wait until Saturday and you end up paying for both the show AND the championship. Contact Bob Crum, event co-ordinator, at (303) 915-0948 or via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) for more information.
