44th Annual Parker Tube Float
Memorial Day is the unofficial start to summer here in Lake Havasu. So that must mean that the Parker Tube Float takes place soon. In fact, that is EXACTLY what that means. Anyone who loves spending a lazy day spending time with friends while just floating along the river looks forward to this event each and every year. So, grab your water socks, check your inner tubes for holes, and call your friends and family. It's time to get ready for the great Parker Tube Float 2022.

All participants must park at La Paz County Park (7350 Riverside Ave in Parker). A shuttle bus takes you from the park to Buckskin Mountain State Park. That is where everyone starts their float.
Feel free to bring your own float from home. Organizers provide an air compressor at the starting location. However, if you do not have a float, rent a Fluzzle Tube. These tubes are ready-to-go when you get there. They include all the accessories you may possibly need. And, you do not have to worry about deflating them and trudging back to your vehicle with them. Leave them at the finish line (located at the Pirate's Den Resort) and let someone else haul them away. Pre-registration is highly suggested. Otherwise, you end up paying $10 more per person.

Registration closes on June 5th.
Organizers of the Parker Tube Float require that every participant wear a life jacket. These will not be provided for you. So, you need to bring one with you. Again, air compressors will be provided at the launch site. DOT NOT inflate them before you arrive. You will be riding in a shuttle and pre-inflated floats may be more than a little awkward to board with. Please stay off private property. And, finally, anything you bring with you must also leave with you. Pack it in, pack it out. Enjoy!
