Beginning at 7:30 pm on Wednesday, February 16th, spectators may come to SARA park and watch the first of this year's participants light up the skies. Plus, you get to do so for free. However, the real show starts on Thursday. For that night as well as the remaining nights, spectators must pay to park and enter the event grounds. But I promise. The show is well worth the price of admission.

From Friday through Sunday, Pyro in the Park offers food, beer, and cocktails as well as non-alcoholic beverages for sale on the field. The speedway's concessions stand also offers a selection of foods and beverages for sale. So, you'll never go hungry or thirsty while watching the lights.

Speaking of Pyro in the Park, here is where spectators watch the show from. It is strictly a byos (bring your own seating) venue. Blankets and lawn chairs are more than welcome to view in comfort. However, you cannot bring outside food or drinks into the venue. Plus, if you come on Thursday, you may not purchase alcohol at the Pyro in the Park area. Nonetheless, you may purchase it at the speedway's grandstand at that time.
