WORCS Off-Road Series Comes to Lake Havasu for Round 3
We love all things outdoorsy here in Lake Havasu. Camping. Fishing. Boating. In fact, we love playing in the dirt almost as much as we love playing on the water. The World Off-Road Championship Series comes to our neck of the woods for two weekends only a year. For 2022, that means the WORCS Off-Road Racing Series takes place on the first two weeks in March.
- What: Round 3 WORCS Off-Road Racing 2022 Lake Havasu
- Where: Island Race Track (Next to Crazy Horse) - Maps & Directions
- When: March 4th to 6th (ATV & SXS) & March 11th to 13th (Motorcycles)
WORCS splits its racing into two separate weekends. ATVs and side-by-sides race March 4th to 6th. Motorcycles follow the next weekend. Come watch some amazing riders race their way around the Island track, over rolling hills and along the lake's shoreline.
WORCS welcomes racers of all ages (8 years old and above) and abilities. Competition among the racers is intense. Even if you are not a seasoned professional, racing with these guys helps increase your skill level like nothing else can. To participate in this year's ATV or SXS race, you must register by March 1st. For motorcyclists, register by March 8th.
If you are interested in joining any of these races, visit the WORCS website here: https://secure.tracksideprereg.com/worcs
Now, if you do not fancy yourself talented enough to participate in the races themselves, you can always come out to cheer the racers on. Veterans and active military members get in absolutely free of charge. So do kids ages three and under. All others pay for either a daily or discounted weekend pass (if you do not want to miss a moment of the action).
If high octane fuel is your life's blood, you'll want to come to the WORCS Off-Road racing going on over the first two weekends in March. See you there!
